2003

The mail order operation within the company was expanded to provide a service fully interlinked with the internet for on-line ordering and stock control. The Ellesmere Port site widened it’s printing functions with the integration of Digital printing and high speed ink jet facilities.

2002

DDL Group expands their e-marketing web services which now include e-mail mailings, web site hosting, and online database access facilities.

2001

The response fulfilment services provided from Ellesmere Port widened to include digital copying and inkjet printing. Across the company there was an introduction of web based facilities to develop further the e-marketing requirements of clients.

2000

The Dunoon Site was developed and expanded to provide a 50 seat contact centre faciltity. In addition, the expansion of the warehousing enables the company to offer a greater range of fulfilment and despatch services.

1999

The DDL Group Research & Analysis division moves to its own site in Edinburgh giving DDL Group a point of contact for clients in the Scottish capital.

1998

January - A Separate Accounts and Administration office opens in Wilmslow, Cheshire.
September - Due to continuing company growth, our high volume direct mail and despatch services move to larger premises.

1994

DDL Group Research & Analysis division is formed to lead the way in the use of advanced statistical techniques to solve direct marketing problems.

1993

DDL Group (Scotland) is formed. As a result of large scale growth, the company's response fulfilment, telemarketing and marketing database development services move to a new, larger site in Dunoon.

1988

DDL Group opens in Ellesmere Port offering mailing and marketing database services. The company's consistently pro-active approach ensures that its clients are soon receiving one of the widest range of direct marketing solutions available.
