Fulfilment Services
Flexible and efficient

DDL Group is one of the leading direct marketing service operations in the UK.
One of the largest areas of our business is response fulfilment, and the services we offer within this area include:
- Response handling
- E-mail mailings
- Internet response handling
- Subscription handling and mail order
- Direct mail fulfilment and despatch
- Direct marketing campaign management
- Bulk despatch
- Mailsorting
- Coupon redemption
Our two main operation centres feature large warehouses, ideally designed for direct marketing purposes. Their size makes them perfect for the fulfilment of mail order, bulk mailing and the storage of client materials.
Added to that, DDL Group possesses state-of-the-art technology to manage and control stock, highly trained staff, plus over a decade of experience in fulfilment. In every sense we are well placed to handle your projects.
DDL Group has achieved recognition of their high quality mailing procedures with accreditation of the new industry standard Q.M.P. in 2001.
Fast, effective fulfilment
As a DDL Group client you can take advantage of our wealth of experience in print finishing and mailing that enables us to achieve even the most complex jobs within the tightest timescales.
Up to 120,000 A4 sheets a day can be printed, and we can also cater for intermediate sizes between A3 and A6, plus Simplex, Duplex and Digital printing.
DDL Group runs a database update procedure at least once a day, and more often if the project requires. This is invaluable for establishing the best postal method for despatch of items from that day's responses. It also enables us to prepare a picking list, select the stock and personalise the items that need to be despatched.
Computerised stock control
DDL Group utilises approximately 25,000 sq ft of warehouse space across two sites and also has access to additional secure storage units for long-term storage of client materials.
Our stock control is fully computerised and linked into a stock management database, creating a single point of access to data. All new stock is entered into the database and automatically allocated when a response is entered into the system. An automatic warning is sent when stock falls below a predetermined level and the system holds requests for out of stock items. This method makes our processes simple and cost effective, benefits that we pass onto our clients through our fast, competitively priced service.
