Account Manager

DDL Group, a leading Direct Marketing Services Company is looking to recruit an Account Manager to join our Client Services team.

Reporting to the Client Services Manager your role as Account Manager will be to manage and develop client relationships and distribute and manage client requirements within the DDL Group. Responsibilities will include; provision of regular contact with clients, by telephone, email, formal reporting and status meetings, preparation of internal client briefings, monitoring of progress and quality of client projects, production of quotations and invoices, support and training of Account Executives.

All applicants must have excellent communication skills and be fully computer literate. Ideally applicants will have previous client handling experience.

Salary in the range £16,000 to £18,500
